Before working with G Team Academy, I had skills in software development and programming but I couldn’t turn them into a real business. I’d tried launching a web agency before but I didn’t stick with it which was frustrating. I got introduced to the Academy through a friend and honestly, it felt like someone had thrown me a lifeline. GTA has been a true life changer for me. I started out with nothing but a plan but no idea on the tools to do so early this year. I've seen G's content over the past year but finally took a chance on myself and reached out. That and knowing his reputation from other sources. Got to know him on our first initial call where you can tell he invests not only his time but also his energy into helping me get my business off the ground, whilst making sure I'm all good when going through a rough patch at the time. So I came to the G Team Academy with a brand new business idea, someone with 0 experience. I was unsure how to start it and what direction to go in. I was probably unsure for a couple of months. The G Team then gave me clarity and I were instrumental in me gaining my first customer. Helping me understand my sales funnel and how to grow my business has been really key information I have taken from them. They also gave me a lot of confidence about my product, which I think every new business owner needs. I worked with Gurupma from the G Team Academy from a calendar audit and improvement perspective. To give some context, I had been running my business solo for around 4/5 months. I had gained some traction but like most first-time business owners, was very much winging it. Optimism was very much up and down, didn't have a clear plan, just wanted to "make money". I'm sure some can relate. From the very first session with G I knew he was going to be a turning point for me. He doesn't just look at your business, he looks at YOU, because your business is a reflection of yourself. He helped me get clear on WHY I wanted to "make money" and helped me create a vision for myself and my business which has been one of the biggest takeaways of working with him so far. A good coach won't just give you the answers, they will ask the right questions to help you find the answer for yourself and G is a master at that. I always had confidence in myself but the confidence I have now is conviction. G listened to our concept with real interest before giving us some invaluable pointers of how to go forward and there are some key changes we have made to the business off the back of speaking with him. Before joining G Academy, I didn’t really have much direction. I was terrified of starting. I buried my head in the sand. I had lots of different ideas and there was no structure, and I had no direction, there were no goals in place, so I wasn’t really working towards anything. I got a message from G Academy, started working with them, and straight away I had goals in place for the week, put structure in place for the week, had really great chats starting the week on a Monday morning to set me up. And just in the first two weeks, I had managed to actually get more done than I had done in months before. I found out about G Team Academy through Instagram. I got a message from Adnan and straight away I think he got me at the right moment because I was feeling a little lost and I could see what you guys were doing and it was really interesting. So we got on a call and we just got on really well. It gave me the confidence to want to work on the business and be proactive. And I really enjoyed the chat, so I thought it would be really great to do that but on a more regular basis. Before working with G Team Academy I felt like we couldn't take ourselves out of the business. So being emotionally invested it was hard to see the bigger picture or the hard realities of certain situations. Joining G Team Academy, allowed us the space to be a bit more vulnerable if we were struggling with anything. We can relate to what other people are going through in the community and be more open with each other as well. Running a company is not the easiest thing so it's good to have those people that you can just have completely candid and open conversations with no judgment. Running the business was a lot like being a salesman but without the support. It felt at times messy, uncertain, and ultimately we just didn’t know if we were going in any direction at all, let alone the right one. Being able to speak to more people in business felt liberating. It began with a networking event hosted by G Team Academy where I met some very talented entrepreneurs from all different walks of life. I've been working with the GTA for 4 weeks now, and woah... the results have me astounded! Before we started working together I had been unable to get into a consistent work flow... working a lot on some days(less often) and very little on others (sometimes not at all). Now with a better understanding of the driving factors behind my motivation, and systematised, planned out goals, I've been able to see great results in the past 4 weeks. I couldn't be more grateful for the fact that we've crossed paths! It's completely changed the trajectory of my business journey.

My life prior to working with G lacked a lot of clarity and direction. There were a lot of unanswered questions, and by working with G, my eyes have been opened to how we're going to be moving the business forward. The most powerful part of the service when it comes to working with G is his line of questioning.
